The hotel is ideally located in the center of Wimbledon Village, close to everything we needed. The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities and offer a great view. The breakfast served is outstanding, and having a bathtub in the room was a nice touch. However, some staff members, especially at the reception desk, were rude and unhelpful at times.
